Refund Policy

We want you to be confident before you pay. This policy explains when you can get your money back.
Full refund
- If you ask within 7 days of your payment being confirmed and you have watched no more than the first two lessons, we refund the full fee.
- If we cancel or postpone a course before it starts, we refund the full fee, or move you to the next batch if you prefer.
No refund
- After 7 days from payment, or once you have used more than the first two lessons.
- If access is removed because course material was shared (see our Terms).
How to ask for a refund
Send your name, the course and your payment transaction ID by WhatsApp or email. We reply within two working days and send approved refunds to the same JazzCash, Easypaisa or bank account you paid from, within 7 working days.
