This policy explains what personal information SaeedEdu collects through saeededu.com, why we collect it and how we protect it.

What we collect

• Course waitlist: your name, email, WhatsApp number, class (for matric courses) and city, if you give it.
• Registration: the details on the student or teacher form, including date of birth and address. Passwords are stored only in encrypted (hashed) form.
• Feedback and newsletter: your name, email and the message you send, or your email address if you subscribe.

How we use it

• To contact you about the courses you asked about, including by WhatsApp and email.
• To confirm your email address and manage your enrolment and payments.
• To reply to your feedback and send the newsletter you subscribed to.
• To improve our courses and website.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with anyone except the services that run our website and email (our hosting, database and email providers), and only so they can provide those services.

Students under 18

Many of our matric students are under 18. We ask that a parent or guardian is aware when a student joins a waitlist or registers. Parents can contact us at any time to see, correct or delete their child's information.

How long we keep it

We keep your information while you are on a waitlist or enrolled, and for a reasonable time afterwards for records. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or stop receiving messages from us. Every newsletter will include a way to unsubscribe.
